We are Javier, María and Antonio, a group of professionals from different restoration areas who have gathered knowledge to be able to teach everyone our city from the 5 senses. Javier is a chef with years of experience studying at one of the best catering schools in Europe, years of experience in which he has been trained in the most traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean cuisine. María, an excellent room manager with knowledge of local wines as well as other culinary varieties and, finally, Antonio, a historian, an engineer who will teach us the history of Seville.

In addition, all this will happen while you enjoy the stunning views in our rooftop located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the city, the Cristina Building, former Hotel Cristina, founded for the Ibero American Exhibition of 1929 and designed by López de Otero, the most influential Spanish architect of the time in the Art Deco movement.
