    Join us at the Edwart Atelier and put yourself in a chocolatier’s shoes. Located just in front of the Tuileries Garden, Edwart Chocolatier offers different kinds of workshops suitable for all. Discover our production methods, plunge yourself into chocolate making and bring home your creations to impress your friends and family !

    Become a team of chocolatiers and your own chocolates rocs (rochers) or truffles !
    This workshop is adapted from 8 to 99 years old.

    This activity is such a great time ! First, you start by a chocolate tasting, and you directly understand that at Edwart, they don’t make only chocolate, but also they consider chocolate as an Art. Florian taugh me all the process to create my own chocolates. It was not only the theory but also the pratice, with the right gesture. We have created pralinés, covered with dark chocolate. He explained how they choose their ingredients at Edwart, then we followed a quite simple receipe (still I could not do it again at home as you really need some professionnal material). Florian also talked about a little about the history of chocolate, the sourcing, for me to know about all the vocabulary, the products you get on the market… And of course I could bring home my chocolates, and impress my friends and family :)
