    I am the co-founder of a project called "Casa dos Ovos Moles em Lisboa", a pastry shop specialized in the oldest portuguese pastry called "conventual pastry", popularly known as "ovos moles". I have passion for my culture.

  • What you will see and do

    Learn to cook the most famous portuguese pastry, the Pastel de nata (portuguese custard tart). You´ll taste if not the best, the freshest one. It´s on hour hands!
    In a very homy way you discover how to make the Pastel de nata from the scratch, including the puff pastry. First we cook it an the end we taste the delight with a Porto wine or a Ginja liquor, tchim tchim!
    The workshop takes place in "Casa dos Ovos Moles em Lisboa", the divine pastry shop specialized in Conventual Pastry, the 5 centuries-old pastry created inside the convents by the nuns. Popularly known as "Ovos Moles", this pastry its famous for its recipes: Pastel de nata, Pudim abade de priscos, Pão de rala, Pão de ló de Ovar, Pastel de tentugal, Ovos moles de Aveiro, Toucinho do céu, Fidalgo, Queijinho do céu, dozens of divine recipes.
