Cancelation Policies

Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to activity, except fees

  • The Triple service fee is non-refundable.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Triple within 24 hours of activity start.
  • Triple will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • An activity is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancelation button on the cancelation confirmation page, which they can find in Your Bookings
  • Cancelation policies may be superseded or cancelations by Triple for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.
