I am a fearless foodie and above all a gelato connoisseur (and eater!). I love to explore my beloved city of Barcelona looking for new places to eat and discover where the best local seasonal flavors are. This is part of my daily routine as I am a tour guide and entrepreneur in the travel business. I am a host and personal travel agent. Check it out: @barcelonaplanit ;) I am fluent in 5 different languages, I love to communicate with people! I also practice and give yoga classes. I love nature and I have a dog named Ros.

  • What you will see and do

We will plunge into the world of gelato by visiting only the very best ice cream shops in Barcelona to taste at least 6 flavors! Cup or cone?

Our sweet-tooth tour will be by bike to get a real feel of the city, get amused by the metropolitan beauty and hop on and off at the best ice cream parlors.

We will start at the famous Arc de Triomf, get our bicycles and head up north along hip Sant Joan avenue. Then we will stop at our first ice cream shop, a prize-winning gelato maker that uses local and seasonal products only.

Continuing our route we will take advantage of the ride to enjoy some beautiful art-nouveau architecture along the way at the fancy Eixample neighborhood, making brief stops.

Then we will approach local and kind of hipster area of Gràcia to have our second taste at a cool modern space, truly one of the best sites for ice cream lovers. Exotic and very creative flavors are their bestseller.

Getting to the end of the tour we will go back to El Born neighborhood to have our last gelato at one of the first authentic Italian gelato shops in Barcelona with all the classics and some extravagant flavors too.

In one of the shops, we will be able to sneak pick into their workshop and see how they make the gelato or greet the gelato masters!

And we will have a specialty coffee to wrap up our tour.
