I'm a visual artist from Argentina. I came to Barcelona on a trip and decided to stay in my favourite Barcelona's neighbourhood. I've exhibited my work and won art contests. I've been teaching Arts for the last 8 years in schools and in the National University of Arts. Here I am, sharing my passion and doing what I like to do the most. When I graduated in Visual Arts I did my thesis about how our environment influences us. But it was just a theory! Barcelona changed my life and my point of view radically. And I´m sure it will change yours too.

  • What you will see and do

We'll meet at a historical spot in the most bohemian part of Barcelona and we'll introduce ourselves by making a quick draw in our personal sketchbooks. I'll tell you the basics to draw sketches.

Next, I'll introduce you to all my favourite parts of the neighbourhood (unseen by the main tourist circuit), which represents the identity of Barcelona while I tell you it's history. You will choose your favourite thing and draw it, with the help of a few tips I´ll give you. The characteristics of the things we observe will tell the stories of our trip. Drawing to capture your observations is the best way to show the little things that define your trip. Later we will go to a coffee for something warm and to put the finishing touches with watercolours and watercolour pencils on your sketchbook

Do not worry about the drawing and painting part, because I will guide you and teach you some very easy exercises that anyone can do and you will leave the class with many ideas to discover new places (or even your hometown) with new eyes, through observing, understanding and drawing.
